Dodge and burn

Dodge and burn are techniques used while printing a photograph, and which consist in having different exposure for different part of the image.

Dodge

While printing, dodge consist in decreasing the amount of lightning hiting an area by applying a mask between the light source and the negative over the are that we want to dodge, this make a lighter image. This filter simulate that effect.

Burn

While printing, burning consist in increasing the amount of lightning hiting an area, by applying a mask between the light source and the negative over the are we don't want to burn, this make a darker image. This filter simulate that effect.
